We recognize that each customer has unique commercial, technical, and operating challenges that require consideration to identify the proper solution to address those challenges.

To accelerate the solution definition process, reduce execution risks, and ensure long-term supportability; Aderis has developed a product line of standard hardware, software, and service solutions that provide a proven foundation, but may also be customized to meet the unique needs of each customer project.

    With over two decades of utility scale operating experience, Aderis provides 24/7 monitoring, alarm response, dispatch, remote troubleshooting, and reporting services for EPCs and maintenance-only providers to support PV and storage assets from coast to coast.

    Managed cellular. Data plans for both AT&T and Verizon Wireless are available with static IPs, unrestricted data use, and a variety data plan sizes.

  • Extended Warranties
    In addition to Aderis’ standard warranty, Aderis publishes the warranty terms for all major component manufacturers to simplify customer self-service following the warranty term. For Aderis supports extended warranty options for up to a 5 year maximum duration on most products. Contact your account for more details and exclusions.

Scoping Meeting

We’ve worked with hundreds of customers on thousands of prospective projects and have in-house expertise in every aspect of your project’s lifecycle. We are well versed in equipment selection from racking to transformers, MV interconnections, metering, protection relaying, networking, SCADA & IT integration, and more.

If you’re not sure what you need initially, we are always willing to share what we’ve experienced and provide options and resources, even if we ultimately are not the right solution provider.

Getting started is easy, simply book a meeting and tell us your business goals.

  • Proposal Review

    Detailed proposals can typically be generated in only a few hours using our custom proposal system.

    Each proposal may include standard products, customized component selection, and services to provide a full and transparent presentation of the total solution’s scope of supply, pricing, and current lead times.

    Full submittal documentation is available to support engineering and owner reviews, and standard product drawings are available at the time of proposal finalization.

  • Purchase Order

    Proposal pricing and lead times are valid for 30 days and may be updated on request. Due to the long and complex nature of infrastructure projects, proposal refresh requests are common and available on demand.

    In addition to installation-specific proposals, Aderis customers have access to Product Supply Lists that provide real-time access to standard product price and lead time updates to support project schedule planning and purchase order timing.

    When your project is ready to move forward, simply issue a purchase order (PO) for a valid proposal that has been updated in the last 30 days. POs will be reviewed and are typically accepted within one business day. Upon acceptance, the lead time clock starts.

  • QA/QC & Factory Acceptance

    Aderis is a UL 508a certified industrial control panel builder, and all required UL content, build practices, and documentation requirements. In addition, Aderis energized, configures, networks, and system tests all customer project solutions prior to shipment to ensure everything is working properly before it ships. QA/QC documentation, including build images and test reports, are available on demand.

    For customers who require more, Aderis provides the option to perform on-site factory acceptance testing as well as remote system testing that includes both video conference and remote system access to observe testing in real time.

    Share your business requirements with your account representative and we’ll accommodate your needs by coordinating testing to align with your project’s build schedule.

Delivery & Commissioning Support

Approximately 2 weeks prior to shipment, Aderis’ logistics team will reach out to customers for project construction timing updates and on-site delivery contact information. Once timing and shipping are confirmed, delivery updates will be provided immediately prior to and upon shipping.

When customer project construction schedules are delayed, or other onsite activities require a coordinated delivery, Aderis works with customers to align delivery timing to support customer requirements within reason. If delivery delays extend beyond 1 month based on customer requests, alternative customer storage arrangements may need to be made.

Aderis supports all of its customers through the commissioning process through remote access and phone support. To ensure support resource availability, use our online scheduling calendar to block out commissioning times in half day blocks.

In addition, customers may use FOCUS’ built-in Request Support tool to open and track support items as well.

During the Warranty Term, all warrantable requests are processed under the warranty terms, including replacement parts, troubleshooting, and remote re-commissioning to help get your project up and running as quickly as possible.

For support requests outside of the warranty term, Aderis follows the same support process, however there may be charges for replacement parts of support in a similar manner to non-warrantable requests during the warranty term.
